coolant temp sensor

Newby here,...can anyone tell me the location of the coolant temp sensor on my 2000 2.5 liberty. Googled it but every model is different and none of the images show where it is on the 2.5l. Im thinking I may have left it disconnected or something while refitting motor after head gaskets and timing belt. Both fans run, and engine light is on solid on startup without the A/C turned on. A pic would be handy. Cheers.
