'07 2.5i Electrical Leakage?

So, over the last week I've noticed something a bit odd when turning my car on/off.

When I put the key in / go to take it out, I get what feels like a small electrical discharge into my fingertips. Not a static 'zap', just small 'tingle'.

Hadn't thought much of it because I do get a static zap getting out of the car (from clothes vs seat covers), and figured this was just similar, but decided it was worth check to see if anyone had experienced similar.

Try a rubber grounding strap first, then maybe look for a fault if still tingling?
