EJ25 no spark cylinder 3?

Having misfire issues with a BH9 Liberty, EJ25 SOHC. Cylinders 1, 2 and 4 are fine but there's no spark on cylinder 3. We've replaced the coil and leads to no avail. With the key in the on position, the wire for cylinder 3 going into the coil plug has power but the others don't. Any ideas?
