Hey guys,
I'm purchasing a liberty the model as above^^ manual
And I want to drop a wrx motor with after market ECU unsure which one would be best. Front mount, bucket seats, 3 inch exhaust system with 16psi turbo. Where can I purchase a motor for cheap? Which ECU should I buy? Help mere!!! D:

an STi motor or a standard 2L wrx motor? A dedicated race car?

But if I don't buy another motor, I might just get an engine rebuild for my ej25 and turbo it with bigger cams, exhaust, ECU so on so forth.

you'll need a half cut. don't worry about an aftemarket ECU yet. just get it in and running then get a tune on the stock ECU and go from there.
