Best places to buy service items?

As the title says, where do you guys find the best place to buy parts from are? Things like:, Washable filters (intake, cabin etc), plugs, leads, oil and filter etc.
Locally or overseas? Dealer or private? Don't necessarily need top name brands but I would like decent stuff.

I've always bought my gear from Kris at Rising Sun Subaru, he's located in Marcoola. Does good pricing on Genuine service kits

Filters use Subaru genuine only. Very good quality.

Where are good places to get washable filters from? (Air filter and cabin filter)
