Just take it back and get them to check it out.
They have been good about weird questions I have been asking them.....
Are you sure it is the clutch and not a squeaky pedal/clutchfork ?

pretty sure it could be the throw out bearing or the clutch fork, i took it in there and showed them the noise and they said theyll fix it

still, just go back and tell them about the noise not being remedied, i'm sure they will be keen to sort this for you.
I always try to have a good dialogue with these chaps and it has gone well for me.
They did an hour long test fit of my current rims & tyres coz only one was mounted. We started at 5.30pm one evening...
They popped the mounted rim on rear, then on front, jacking car up to simulate loads, checking clearances etc.

This was at no charge but I do get them to service the car.

That's nice service.

I guess where you spend you money in future doesn't have to concern them either.

Yeah, Maximum is a bit hit-n-miss, talked to them about supercharging ages ago and they were like "pah, we don't care about super-chargers"
