What gearbox oil do you guys recommend or use?
Does anyone know what oil is used at Subaru?

TQ95 only

We used to use castrol dexron 3 in the 4 speed autos and castrol trans max e in the 5 speed autos. Now we use caltex texamatic for the 4 speed autos.

But yes castrol tq95 is the highest recommended oil for all Subaru automatics.
