Raptor made the WTA system. The heat exchanger they supply doesn't fit, so we had another made to fit

Have u ever used temp sensors on it? Seen some massive plazmaman ones that looked cool I often wonder how they go with heat soak

Raptor were a bit concerned about the power nosing off at the end, but to drive, it is a lot of fun. Take off from the line is incredible. With the exhaust, it sounds like a demon. Im going to grab my housemate's GoPro and take some vids next week.

THE ONLY PROBLEM is that West couldn't find the CAN address for the tacho and thermostat, but the speedo and fuel guage are working. We might work on it ourselves when I get back from work next week.

Also, I have the Hitachi G8 ECU that came out of the car. Took the cover off and there isn't much there!

It would have be lovely to use the stock ECU, but EcuFlash does not support the Hitachi. Many 2R seems to be using this ECU, making me wonder why the 2.0 and the 2.5 are running the Hitachi and all others Denso's.

On another note, I think the Hydra would have work prefect for you. But great results!

I like the TQ. 190NM at low rpm compare to viewtopic.php?f=15&t=13414&start=60#p216274
Great for twisty roads.

You can sure run with a 3R now :)

On another note, you found out why the power is drastically dropping over 5500rpm?
Is the belt slipping; Bov venting; High IAT's; Fueling; Spark Plugs?

From working with a 2.5i, did you change injectors or still running the stock? If so, I can understand the graph.

ooo, totally missed that post, apologies west_minist.

Still not sure why the power is dropping after 5500 (the rev-limiter kicks in at about 6ish).

Injectors are definitely not stock, I believe we ended up using Xspurt injectors (700cc). The 2.5i from that year (2004) has some odd injectors in it that don't match any other liberty.

It feels like every now and again, the belt slips, but only when I push real hard in 1st or 2nd.

Also, now that the 6MT is in it, I can cruise down the freeway in 6th :-)

STILL yet to do a quarter mile run.
