wrx fuel pump in 2.5 n/a?

i got a mate who has given me his fuel pump from his bug eye wrx i was wondering
if it will effect my 98 liberty 2.5 n/a (mess up the ecu etc) or do anything bad or will just increase power?

It will make no difference whatsoever.

depending on the computer it may also increase fuel consumption, if it is a higher psi than the current one
