Except for me, I'm telling you not to get what I'm getting :P

The STi quadtip is very quiet. Remember that it's a stock exhaust on a showroom car, so it will be a very quiet exhaust. I've heard the HKS one and it's loud, but not too loud - I think that would be my pick.

The Blitz NUR exhausts are quite loud.

Bummer. You just missed those STi Genome mufflers that sold on eBay for $600. Cheap!

Not sure you'll find any Liberty specific exhaust (catback or not) for your budget. Most branded systems are over the $1,000 mark.

And unless you do with a catback setup, you may notice a bit quicker response, but no gain in power.

I'm heading in the HKS direction as well. Ive heard so much praise about it from everyone on this forum that has any type of HKS system on their car so I'll probably end up digging deep into the pocket and get the HKS exhaust system.

Cheers for your help tangcla, appreciate it!

I'm pretty sure its $600 for the pair, but only the mufflers. I'm trying to find this email from Alan Woo from Nextmod to confirm that price.

Narr its a double muffler system. I'll probably send an email PHAT's way and see what he an do for me.

Is it worth the money for the STi Quad Tip exhaust setup or only worth it if you've got a GT?

uhhh I don't remember emailing this price.. the mufflers itself are more like $600 each.

Sorry Alan, I just found the email this afternoon. You were right, the price wasn't mentioned but its only the mufflers that will fit, in case I was stupid enough to buy the cat back system.

i know for the 2.5 the best size to run is 2.5" spilt into 2.25"

so i'm GUESSING for the 2.0 it'll be .15" smaller?

Hey guys.

I'm after a catback setup. My budget is about under $2000 because i just saved up and planned to purchase the Ganador Titan Racing then realising that it is actually for Turbo only

Are there any off the shelf, bolt on for our NA liberty out there on the market :?:

I would recommend the HKS Carbon TI and 2.5 piping to the header with a 2.5" internal Magnaflow resonator. Atleast one :)

Not sure how well the HKS Carbon TI will fix, but you get the point.

thanks for the suggestion. However, i found myself a bolt on exhaust for the NA 2.0R so i bought that instead. It is the 柿本改 Kakimoto Racing, Regu.06&R exhaust.

It is 60mm piping with dual outlet. However, i'm still saving up at the moment so i can purchase the 柿本改 Kakimoto Racing, center pipe that goes with it.

Hello:

Do anyone know the header and exhaust size of the stock exhaust?
