i dont think so because the vht blue is not really a light blue. on your car i would go silver.blue or black

Can you even fit a sticker on the outside face of the caliper?

I think it would look ok. Bit I feel the subaru front decal i used would be to big. As tony said. The rear decal might be a bit to small. I will measure it for you and you can see how it will look

Doing my calipers on saturday..got any advice?

Except I'm leaving them on and just taping and newspapering over everything..
I got wax and grease remover..think I'll
- wash,
- then use the wax and grease remover,
- then high pressure wash,
- then sand paper a little with fine sand paper,
- then high pressure spray again,
- mask it all up and
- spray away..

I bought "real red" by VHT..its going to be inside my shadow chrome wheels, on my green liberty..think it'll look good?

Shano - I missed this thread! That looks nuts mate!! Love the result. Well done.

I'm trying to decide what color and that helps a lot!

Reckon I'll be following your thread step by step for sure.

Can I ask what the sandblasting cost you?

Cheers

thanks mate...i was going to go silver or yellow but yes i am happy with the result...sandblasting cost me $30. you will need to mask up the pistons and find ypourself 2 bolt to block off where the brake lines connect to the caliper to stop and sand getting and brake fluid get out on the clean surface.

Cool - good points about the fluid! Did the tape not work for you on the nipples or??

didnt worry about them just removed the rubber caps, but you can wrap some tape around them if you prefer
