Gen 3 I believe, but maybe gen 2, or late gen 2.
Gen 1, no. I've just removed the heatercore from one and have had to clean out the evaporator because it was half clogged with mud and leaves. disgusting.

Yes big. Centre console out, glovebox out, instrument cluster out, steering wheel off, dash out, hvac system unbolted and removed. Couple of hours work.
