Detailed descriptions of how to do things to your Liberty.

What code am I???

Postby nico » Thu Nov 27, 2008 11:31 am

Don't know if this is the correct area for this, but anyway....

I could probably find this somewhere if I hunted high & low, but thought the easiest way would be to ask the "gurus"... I own a MY07 6sp 3.0R Spec B wagon, can someone please tell me what code this is?

BP(#)? A,B,C,D????

Hope this makes sense to someone!

Cheers, Nic

Hi nico,

You're a "BPE D" or "BPE Series D".

BP = wagon
E = 3.0
D = MY07

Hey Tony,

You're "BL5 B".

BL = sedan
5 = 2.0 engine
B = MY05

For the last one, the letters A-C (as in A, B, and C) is what Tangcla refers to as 'pre-face lift', whereas D-E is 'post-face lift'. Most of the time you'll see your model year referred to as A-C series.

I believe your 2000 Subaru Liberty RX is "BE 9" and either a C or D series.

BE = sedan
9 = 2.5 engine

Mike, you're considered a BL9 as well because of your EJ25 engine.

Now how about a thanks before Trieu scolds you for bad manners?
