Re-tune results. Nice improvements according to my bum. Cooler temps and fair less back pressure resulted in a jump of 23 hp and 14 Nm.

That's great results Dave! Congrats! Bum dyno is always the most important IMO! Well, that and a screaming passenger praying to their diety as you stomp the gas. :D

Problem with passengers is that they damage your interior as they hold on for dear life!!

Update on some new mods purchased and arrived:
Hyperflow CAI
http://www.hyperflow.com.au/index.ph...d=hycai-my08ck

Turbo Inlet Pipe
Cusco Water Spray Controller
Spec C 12 ltr water tank (on order from Japan Parts now)

Once the tank arrives all items will get installed and re-tuned to suit. Will also be installing the ARC Liberty BL5 Intercooler Air Guide which has been sitting around for some time. http://www.prospeedracing.com.au/pro...Air-Guide.html

I am also thinking about buying the Zero Sports Cool Action II Splitter to try and funnel more air on to the i/c.

Will report back after install and tune with results.

Update as Spec C 12 ltr water tank and pump arrived today. All parts to get installed on Oct 22 and re-tuned.

Also am purchasing a set of used gold MY02-04 17 x 7.5 STI rims and a set of RE-044 r comps to go on them. These will used for track events and the current street tyres on the rims will used for the drags.

Will report back with picks and dyno results once completed.

Update from yesterday's visit to ASG as follows:

Had a Hyperflow CAI and PSR silicon turbo inlet pipe installed and car returned to suit. Install looks awesome.

Dyno results were a bit of a surprise. The car now sounds (in a mates words) fully hectic and sik (ricer loud). Will need some warm weather to see how intake temps with the CAI.

The dyno graph tells me I lost 12 HP and 5 Nm of torque. The Lib does pull much harder and smoother now though. Time will tell if I get some ecu learning with the new mods installed. Max torque of 422 Nm achieved at 3100 rpm and max 230 hp at 4750 hp.

Will post some pictures and dyno chart when I have time today.

One thing that was pointed out to me today. I am running with no engine cover which also has a built in i/c shroud. This means the air going thru the scoop is not all hitting the i/c. Getting the dremmel out this arvo when I get home and fitting the cover again to see what difference it makes. Its also got tuned by sti # on it which should be good for a few extra ponies! :D

Engine cover and i/c shroud are now back on GTB STI. Didn't get a chance to do any data logging this weekend though. Butt dyno tells me the car is pull harder and smoother thru the gears at WOT now.
