Updated - from Yesterday (Sunday) at Perisher. The snow was over the roof racks after being in the day park all day... after clearing it all off and getting out of the car park I found a quiet spot for a pic before the sloooooow trip home. (Yes, it's good you are doing 20kph to be safe but can you pull over occasionally for those of us who can go a bit faster?!)

Car is now parked in overnight at Thredbo where there has been about 70cm of snow in 36hrs....



Here you go - by Wilson's Valley I figured a photo was in order...





And after various chores at Jindy, it was off to Thredbo (with a quick spin out to Dead Horse Gap for a look!)

Car looks bloody awesome in that last pic!

in your 3rd pic you have the hill green lights on. Is it better to have that light on or off? Mine is off all the time.

True! Rims look way too small also

Drives very well in the snow! I have winter tyres though; with summer tyres it would be quite squirmy... Was great watching some other drivers digging out behind their car to get out of their parking spot... I just slipped her in reverse, accelerated slowly and she climbed right out

The Hill Hold light is on because I turned hill hold on... no reason not to have it on!

Yeah the Gen4 rims are a little small - better than destroying the good ones with chains on the off chance they are needed!

Even the stock 18" look too small on those 5Gen!

Fantastic photos of your car in the snow, I think I will stick to a bit of dust on mine rather than snow. The last time I saw snow like that when I lived in Nepal many years ago and it was not nice cars but yaks that were covered in the snow.

what's the advantage and disadvantage with it on?

Hill hold just applies the park brake when you stop on a slope - it makes taking off again a lot smoother by preventing.any rollback.

No disadvantages....

I dont have it on all the time but put it on to make takeoffs smoother in the low traction conditions
