Ric's trip

Day 1 of our two week cruise up to Broken Hill, across to Dubbo, and back home around Melbourne Cup day.

Headed off towards Ballarat, but swung north through Creswick and Clunes (coffee & cake in Clunes), Maryborough and Avoca (light lunch at a winery near Avoca), then St Arnaud (useless tourist information, couldn't tell us how to get to the two things that looked worth going to see), then on to Donald.

Yep, we'll be staying in Mildura tomorrow night. My wife is determined to call into Orange World to get some more orange blossom honey, coz she still remembers some we bought there about 16 years ago :)
We were going to stay in St Arnaud tonight, but I'm glad we decided to keep going ;)

Sorry I couldn't wait for you to get back, my wife was keen to keep moving.
Were you coming back from Irymple? I saw a grey Liberty heading in the opposite direction
