I'll start my own photography facebook page soon. Ive already done some photoshoots for some friends futsal league, also sold one of my shots to a winery for their website. Planning on printing and framing a few of my local shots for some cafes to be put up for consignment as well. I can't believe how fast this hobby has taken me.
Cheers

Thats good to hear shav! I've been doing photography for many years and have absolutely nothing to show for it!

I got the opportunity to do a last minute shoot on this California yesterday afternoon. didn't have much of my gear and didn't have much time.
But i got to go for a spin in it! :D first time in a Ferrari and it was kind cool but a little underwhelming on normal street, would love to give one a belt on a track.

anyway heres one of the photos, haven't really edited it much as ill wait to get onto my work computer with the big screen:

That's a great shot Jack. I have a soft spot for Ferrari's. Would I own one? I don't know. I'd be freaking out everytime I left it somewhere. But such an iconic car.

Nice shav, i like the one under the bridge...downtown...

Went and took advantage of the rain and found a nice waterfall, there was a bigger one round the corner but i haven't edited the photos of that one yet.

wow killer photos Shav! i like all of them! haha. out of curiosity, what F stop were you running at with those night shots?

Was able to quickly do an impromptu shoot with SYM on Sunday arvo. weather was not behaving that day, so instead of the nice sunny summer look i wanted, it was grey and overcast :? so i just faked it haha:

I run it in shutter mode and try and get an F stop of around F7-9. That way there isnt too much Bokeh and everything gets in focus and is crisp. It's a bit of trial and error though and really depends on the amount of light and the conditions at the time.

interesting, they look very sharp through the whole frame even at f/8 ish. I was reading the golden bracket for apeture is f/11 to 16 for the sharpest images with landscape. I've been trying to do that and its worked out pretty well so far with landscapes.

I had to check my setting in LR to confirm. The street setting was done in F10 sorry. The river setting was done in F5. I should have done the river setting in F10 also for added crispness.
