When did they implement the "no going sideways, total oppy lock ban" at Wakefield?

Nice shots jack. Which zoom lens were you using?

Were you allowed to get out in the field or did you have to take all the shots from the pits and behind the wall?

The kit 55-200 that came on my D90 all those years ago.
I want to buy a zoom lens for my full frame but they cost an arm. I semi regret buying a full frame camera.
And yeah I couldnt really go anywhere except on spot on the sidelines. Was really difficult to get a variety of photos. Would have taken more pit photos but it was too far to walk every 5 minutes.

Whew! no footage of my near 720 spin up the back in turn 5, or my huge drift onto the dirt off the back straight - ended up looking like a schnitzel covered in dirt

Thank you very much for inviting myself along, had an absolute blast out there.
Did not realize there was a no sideways policy? haha especially on the passenger laps i was getting some nice counter steer happening.

Ended up pushing pretty hard and destroying my calipers, have had to order a whole new brake kit haha

I was really impressed by how hard the libertys go on the track, I really felt for the guy in the silver one though - dem feels.

Anyway, would love to tag along to the next one.
