I don't think that driver has done much off-road driving.
The steering isn't going to work if you have all four wheels locked up! ;)

Looks rather orchestrated. A driver with that level of driving wouldn't lock up all 4 mid corner and then hold the brakes when they are headed towards a house. If they do happen to lock up in the corner they would then do whatever they can to change direction, or recover.
