Hi I'm looking at purchasing a set of rims but they are 19 x 8.5 +10 so I'm hoping someone could shine some light on the issue and supply photos so I can see how aggressive the stance is with a 245 tyre

Not to aggressive. Thought they would stick out more than that.

They are going to stick out 57mm further than your stock OBK rims.
Tyres will protrude further again, marginally further than the rim lip.

So they will work if I don't lower it over them just keep standard height of a liberty.

If you are going to do that get some hilux wheels and jack it up some. It'll be sweet

Just saying I think it will look funny if you leave it stock height with those rims.
Needs to be lowered with some camber and guard work.

It's lowered 2 inch already to be at liberty height. Guard work I was hoping to avoid unless nessecary.

Good way to tell is go out to your car and measure 57mm from your current rims. You'll find they'll poke a fair bit more than the pic of the forester above..
As Rooby said if you're set on the rims i'd be lowering it with decent camber all round, plus some guard pumping. It will look pretty silly if it's standard height with heaps of poke..

I got an extra 30mm or more extra on my guards being an outback. 57mm measures 4mm out of flare. So not much at all.

Flares for the win!
It'll work.
