still no luck, i copy the picture i want then paste it where i want it and only the code appears i am going to bed

You have 2 img tags at the start, that's why it is stuffing up.

Also you have tried to post a picture directly from your computer somehow You might want to edit that post as it contains someones name in the folder location.
I recommend you try out http://imgur.com instead of photobucket. Imgur is much more simpler.

No you don't!

Add the [ IMG] and [ /IMG] tags like I put in the picture!

And the reason the picture is big, is because that is it's original size.
You are probably viewing it on your computer with windows picture viewer or similar, which automatically resizes the picture so you can view it all at once, but the image itself remains the same massive size.
imgur allows you to resize the photo, if you register an account. When you are logged in to imgur and upload an image, it will ask you if you want to resize it before it uploads.
