the Meisters are 18x8.5 37+

the old tires where 215/35/18 (which i thought might have been too small rolling diameter (plus the exhaust would of been touching the ground)

the new tires are 225/40/18 (wish there was more stretch)

ahhk.. so our setup is basically exactly the same then.. im running 18x8.5 +35 with a 225/40 as well.. but with a 10mm spacer in the rear..

I need more stretch as well which is why im considering getting a 215/35.. Do you have any other photos of the before setup? Just want to see how thin the profile looks.

thats all i really got man, they where the tires i got the rims with. only had them on for the pics, then sent off to be polished, your car is a nice unit man, im thinking of going back to stock exhaust so i can go lower.

how much did you cut out the inner gaurds??

and i need a wheel alignment. was going to get it to the height and camber i like, then get it tweaked

Thanks mate. And I didnt have to cut out any of the inner gaurd.. Just rolled, pumped and relocated front bumper mounts.. Its shit when you go heaps low in these cars though cause of the amount of front caster they have.. Quite a bit of scrub which is why i need some stretch..

Considering you have seen the 215/35 in real life on your car do you think the profile looks to small on libertys? Just want to get as much info before i buy them

yes i thought they did look pretty small. you would really need to have the car sitting on the ground to make it work

nice car Surrrender. but there will be no way you will fit brembo's behind these Meisters.

Sorry mate can't help you there, the spats were on the car when I bought it..
and yeah I had a feeling that was the case, gotta love the brembos but hate how much they limit wheel choice.. Oh well. Any ideas for a wheel with some dish that will clear the brembos?

Yeah they are, I know they sought after but I gotta say I am too much of a fan of dish. I guess the Advans and Brembos weren't the best choice.
