It underwent a somewhat significant mod this weekend in my garage. :D

The 2.0L did a big end bearing so I fitted a 2.5L.

Out with the old and in with the new. :D

Just have to sort out the pipe between the intake and airbox as the oem doesnt fit now. Probably make up an inguard pod.

looks nice as i have told you before but you should have stuck with the 2lt sti shortblockas it is a stronger engine (as advised by subaru) thats why i didnt go to 2.5lt...good luck with it

Im not going to be stressing this one by pushing it too hard.

With my setup it will make the same power as the 2.0L (I was happy with that power level) at a safe level of boost and have more torque.

Should be a nice driver.

Its only been back on the road a week. Still registered as a 2.0L but thats only due to not having the time to get to Vicroads. Theres no problems having it changed over, mearly a matter of paperwork and maybe a quick visual. It'll be done asap.
