Operation Clean Boot

Postby XRC15T » Mon May 14, 2007 8:26 pm

Well as some of you may know, I've been hunting high and low for a loooong time....

And here it is. SEDAN SIDE CARGO NET. OEM made by Subaru USA.
Pack comes with 2 nets, 4 hooks and 4 clips.
"Each net can hold 30lbs of cargo during normal driving conditions"

I only changed 1 hook per net and decided to keep the orginal hook (lower one).

Install:
Just pop the plug off, put a mounting clip behind the trim, then screw in the anchor hook. Even a gumby like me did it in 5 mins.

Looks good mate

Now if anyone can find me a seat protector made of rubber (Like the Mazda ones) that would be great for letting my dog on the rear seat so he doesn't put his claws through the leather

Yes, Subaru Japan make mat/protector for Pets. theres 2 types, 1 for wagon boot, the other type fits in the whole back seat area protecting the back seats floor and back of the front two seats. the seat belts still work so you can use it to secure your dog if he has a harness as well.

You can search for it on the net or ask Phat GT if he can find it in his catalogues. I'm sure he can hook you up.

It should fit, unless you have a massive pro bag, the nets you can unhook the elastic if you need the extra boot space.
