All engine work is done by Pulse Racing in Menai last year and currently the car runs at 8psi boost (very safe for the engine). Currently produce 140KW atw which doubles the power of stock 2.0R (approx. 70KW atw). Very happy with the performance and the car is heaps of fun to drive and feels like a brand new car. PM me if you need more details.

The car is fully engineered by a Mechanical Engineer who is also an authorised engineer from RTA, so the car is registered on the road as a Subaru Liberty 2.0R Turbo, this means that insurance price is the same as stock 2.0R which is awesome.

So, there it is hehehe hope you guys enjoy it and let me know what you all think!!

Cheers

Great work Brian! Looks like you put a lot of effort into your baby.

Question: What made you decide to turbo a 2.0 N/A rather than just get a GT?

When your side by side with someone they don't lean out the window to check that Dave :D LOL

In the end you could hide it completely behind some mesh grill.

Thanks guys for the kind comments. Jim, I did it to be different and also because I love the car and felt like it was a part of me (kinda sentimental hehe), but I'm glad I did it because it worked out well!

Very sly and stealth upgrade/downgrade, I like it! Also the powdercoated stock wheels looks great, I'll consider doing the same to mine some time. Did you do them with tyres on or off? Approx cost?

Thanks mate, got mine done at Mr Clean here in Sydney (Padstow) and I think from memory they charged me $75 per wheel. Also I took the wheels off and left them at Mr Clean for 3-4 days!

Loving it!!! dared to be different and it paid off. loving the stealth look. Hey Brian was a sti engine swap considered? i know its a pretty broad question but considering Brians making 140Kw @ wheels on stock internals @ 8psi does anyone have a rough idea of what the power output might be if a sti block running say 15psi was used?

Well done mate. :D

Thats pretty well done mate.

I like the whole black theme going on and my only two suggestions would be gloss black calipers, not rice red and get some black wheel nuts stat. :D

That would set it off better imo.
