I think my car's throttle body was never touched before. Only the intake side was cleaned. If routine maintenance would have been done before, it would have been in a better condition. I'm using 98octane fuel since I bought the car and Iv'e decided that I'll clean the throttle body every 10,000kms depending on the driving conditions.

Yes, they were leaking. Gaskets were not in the worst condition but if unattended it'll get worse soon.
