Hey all!

Been a part of Club.Lib for a little under 5 years now since purchasing my 2005 3.0R-B Sedan [SOLD 2017], but have never had any input within the forum.

I've been asked by a few members via social media recently if I had an existing profile on here, so I'll be taking this opportunity to bring anyone interested up to speed, and to document my future progress with my 2nd Lib.

Here is my 2007 Subaru Liberty GT Spec B Wagon [6MT] in 65Z Diamond Grey.

Cool car.

With the bigger injectors planned - does that mean E85 intentions?

Thanks bud. And further down the track it is definitely a possibility.

Essentially full bolt ons on the stock long block for the time being, and then built short block + e85 + headstuds later on for a more powerful, punchy street setup

The majority of the planned modifications are there for efficiency's sake more than power at the moment, but are basically there to support a future build :D

Cosmis XT206R and Cusco Zero A Coilovers

Postby marcus.bspec » Fri Jun 19, 2020 9:56 pm

Right. I bought this car in June 2019 after a short break from Subaru's with a 2010 Ford focus XR5 turbo [ST225 for those of you overseas in Europe] with the intention of making some decent streetable power, while using the car as a platform to try new things with.

I decided to freshen the car up a little with some white Cosmis XT206R wheels [18x9 +33} and some new Bridgestone Potenza RE003's [235/40/18] for the time being

Whilst the tyres were being fitted I decided to install my Cusco Zero A Coilovers to get the car sitting how I wanted. I also picked up some muffler deletes for free, making the car slightly more fun to drive as I began to stock pile parts.

[dont mind the mess it's just degreaser, the coilovers where off another car and were fairly dirty when I picked them up]

Custom Halo Headlights

Postby marcus.bspec » Fri Jun 19, 2020 10:10 pm

The car served me well for a few months until it was ready to go into hibernation. I wanted to take my time with the car and not have to rush getting
things done for it to be ready to drive the next day, so it was going to live in the garage for a while so that I could work on it. It's stuck at home most of
the time anyways as the commute to work for me is usually by train.

I had a few small things planned for it to kick off cosmetic changes.

First the headlights got some love. Iilumo 100mm switchback halo's and black housings. Nothing nuts.

Liberal Aero Tailgate Spoiler & Rays Gramlight 57DR

Postby marcus.bspec » Fri Jun 19, 2020 10:22 pm

I purchased a Liberal Aero Tailgate spoiler from Japan in late 2019. I appreciate the factory look it provides and
love how clean it looks. It was ordered un-painted obviously as the car was due to be wrapped later in the summer

As pictured the stock wing was beginning to look horrendous with the lack of clear coat and fading under coat. Definitely time for a change

ALSO ... I bought some wheels.

RAYS GRAMLIGHT 57DR 18x9.5+38. They were fitted with an old set of federal 245/35R18 tyres as I wanted to fiddle with sizes and see
what wheel and tyre setup I liked best. Ultimately the sidewall was too thin for my liking and the federals are HORRIBLY LOUD.
