I picked up a set of Pilot Sport 4's in 235/40/18 in preparation for a new set of wheels, grip is rather nice and they handle well, for $225 a corner can't complain.

Yeah, they seem to be a solid tyre. I've seen charts comparing different performance tyres, and prove to be a good all rounder.

UPDATE

Wheels and tyres are on, and coilovers have been installed. Car now looks amazing. However there is a slight rubbing issue on the rear wheels, which will need to be fixed by rolling the guards. Apparently, the Michelins are a chunkier tyre than the usual, hence rubbing issue; otherwise it would've been a perfect fit. Had to transport the stock wheels, tyres and suspension in another vehicle because the weight was causing the rears to rub constantly... even on flat roads   . Once the load was removed, it was fine to drive home with only occasional rubbing from speed bumps and uneven roads. Can't really comment on the performance, until the guards are rolled and a wheel alignment has been performed. But for now.... at least it looks cool 8) .

Looks absolutely stellar on coils. Got me thinking MCAs now hahaha, really good to see the same specs I’m going to have in photo form. My wheels have been delayed unfortunately so seeing this makes me both super keen and super jealous at the same time.

Love how it’s sitting. Nice work!

Thanks :). I've heard MCA purples are the ones to get, they're a popular choice and I think they're aussie built as well. Trust me once your ZR10s arrive, I'll be the jealous one hahaha! It'll definitely be worth the wait.

Thanks, funny you mention kerbs though... Won't go into too much detail, but the technician that performed my wheel alignment unfortunately kerbed my back left wheel and denied doing so. Thankfully the store manager handled the situation very professionally, and I'll be getting them repaired at no additional cost.

It appears that ULTREX are doing a small run of Gen V sedan rear spoiler lips, and they're coming in very soon! These are quite hard to find so now's the chance. Anyone who is interested should visit viewtopic.php?f=44&t=8720&start=30. I'm definitely getting one for myself 8) . Can't wait to finally do something to the car during this coronavirus lockdown :D :D

EDIT:
They are now in stock and listed on the site. https://www.ultrex.com.au/part-finder/liberty/

Spoiler lip has arrived and it's installed. Looks amazing and fitment is practically spot on. I'm glad I went with the carbon fibre one, as it provides a nice contrast. Note: it doesn't come with enough 3M tape to completely trace the underside, but it's enough to securely mount it on.

I was pretty excited so I installed my straight away haha! It's fairly straight forward, you just gotta take your time with it. It'll look so good when it's on though.

Looks like you applied the tape to the lip first then line her up? What was your plan of attack for lining it up properly?
