Definitive Pre facelift vs Post facelift thread

I couldn't find anything like this when searching, but I thought I would make a relatively clear post about the differences between pre and post FL.
If I have missed anything or am incorrect, please correct me.
Conversions
Front end conversion
These are the same for both sedan and wagon, and to go from preFL to postFL or vice versa you need: Headlights, bumper, fenders, and grille from the desired model. To do any of those changes you need all the mentioned parts.
Mirrors are also different, but can be swapped without other parts.
Rear end conversion
Sedan
The sedan tail lights are a different size, so to change these you also need the matching bumper, thus changing the bumper also requires changing the lights.
Wagon
The wagon tail lights can be swapped without other parts, but need minor modifications to fit if going from preFL lights to postFL.
The centre garnish can be swapped onto either tail gate without other parts.
