Just collected my car from Wheels World here in Perth. They supplied the heavy duty adj sway bars and installed them for me along with a wheel alignment. Cost of sway bars was $490 and install was $120, and alignment was $100.

I can't wipe the smile off my face after some spirited cornering! The stock bars are hollow and half the weight of the whiteline bars if that. Massive difference and in my view one of the first mods you should look at as others have pointed out.

WOW WOW WE WOW you should ask me i do those whiteline bars for $380 a set (adjustable)

yeah fair call Phat's but I have to spread a little bit of love around every once in a while plus John at Wheels World is easily the best in terms of suspension work and wheel alignments here in Perth. ummm neg camber!!

I put a rear whiteline adjustable sway bar on the wagon yesterday, feels much better on the damn roundabouts here in Canberra. What added benefit is a front one? I already have a strut brace - would it be worth getting the front as well?

did you also fit the rear sway mounting brackets?...... a bit of angle bar that fits over the oem sway bar mounts for reinforcement

Nope I spoke to John at Wheels World about this. He said he didn't believe it was required but would have done it if I requested it.

He may have mentioned he did another 1 about 6 months ago, that was mine

Gerald who do you recommend for a wheel alignment?

I wasnt totally thrilled with my last place and he charges a fortune (i wont name names)

STI (D'lands) did mine last time at the service, cost me less than 50, not sure if it was because it was at the same time. But it can't be that much more. It's hard to compare prices between WA and VIC though.
