Just do a search on eBay for cabin filter Subaru liberty - (also same as Toyota). Can be delivered from China for less than $10.
Or pay a bit more for a locally stocked one here:

What size is the downpipe at the midpipe flange? 2.5? 3.0? It was a bit of hit and miss getting my Q300 to seal up against the 2.5 downpipe.

Yea the Q300 is 3.0 at the downpipe flange so will be sweet if the downpipes 3.0.
I originally got an adaptor from Grimmspeed to mate to the 2.5 downpipe but spaced the Q300 out enough that the mufflers were touching where they shouldn't at the far end. Currently just using the stock donut jammed up really tight to the 3.0 flange, can't see it lasting with such a small contact area but it was the only way. Tried using a few different flat gaskets of varying materials but neither made a seal, could feel it pulsing out even at idle.

Had 170Kw on Graham Wests dyno in February

That was why we knew the front left roller is stuffed ;) GW's dyno also had one guy drop from 187K to 145Kw since the bearing let go
