Finally got round to fitting the Delta side skirts, also trial fitted some rear spats. Not sure about the spats in black.

My vote is to paint the sides n spats the same colour as the car
CURRENT - ATP GTX 3576 - 22psi - 283.7awkw
OLD - Dom 1.5Xtr - Last dyno 254ahkw, previous 238ahkw, first 224awkw.

Thanks guys, I think I really need to wash the car and see how it all looks then. One thing for sure though you can really hear the gravel hitting the glass fibre side skirts.

Have booked a visit to another sc company, they have the capability to deliver 16psi which is nearly double what I have been able to record with the current setup so a possible 500bhp could be achieved, will report back on that one later.

Next friday all the suspension mods go on, its like Christmas all over again.

Interesting, definitely keep us posted! So your planning to ditch the raptor SC completely? if so, are you sticking to the same type of SC(centrifugal)?

I am looking at the Rotrex sc, which is again a centrifugal system but has no internal drive belts. Before making any decisions to change I will be looking closely at any imperical evidence they have about levels of output and boost obtainable. They run with an 8 groove pulley so there are some basic hurdles to cross they do a kit for the BRZ here in the uk and even a twin setup for the Audi R8 at a cool £11,000.

So today got the coilovers fitted, the billies were looking a bit passed there best after 91,000 miles.
Image

With the coilovers on then spent a while setting the ride height don't want to go to low as the car is used for family holidays and taking stuff to the tip.

Image

Then fitted 21mm rear ARB and Perrin end links with strenghtening bracket.

Image

Also bought another dismantled H6 engine to start the next engine build.

Certainly feels more planted, bit crashy over ridges but not severe need to play more with the settings and also get the geometry sorted but have whiteline bump steer kit and wishbone kit en route to me.

Looking good. So what's your plan with your current ez30 after you build the other one?

The plan is to get the newly acquired block converted to closed block and the machining done to take larger head studs and the heads worked over. At which point we take the pistons and conrods from my existing engine and transplant them into the other engine.

Before I spend any more money on the new engine I need to make a trip to Rotrex to look at what is capable with the sc system they supply. If that option is no good then will consider turbocharging at which point only my existing conrods will get used.

Leaving it as is or getting it treated/shot peened/whatever your builder recommends.
