Finally got round to changing the pulley and fitting the new belt.
What was obvious straight away is that the boost was higher than previously lower down the rev range. So below 4000rpm there was double the amount of boost than with the old belt and 56 mm pulley and a marginal increase in boost at the top end of 8.psi.
The 56mm pulley is now on its way to the USA for coating, should be back in around 2 weeks.

Just to make life more interesting my original pulley has been lost. The company doing the coating are now ordering a replacement from Raptor which has got to be shipped to the US, coated and then sent to the UK. Will make a nice christmas present.

So finally the correct coated pulley turned up just before Christmas.
So boost is upto 9.5psi this is at 6900rpm. I find hard to believe that using the 56mm pulley is going to deliver the 13psi it's meant to even if I increase the rev limit to 7200rpm.
The coilovers are on route so my birthday present to myself next month will be getting them fitted.

So a whole bunch of mods coming to my Spec B over the next few weeks.
Going to fit the Delta side skirts, I am also going to experiment with some rear spats in matt black.As my car is de-chromed I want to see how it looks with these extra items in black if its no good I can always get them painted body colour.
I have also ordered a new double din android stereo to go with the fitting kit I have had hanging around for a while plus an upgrade to the front speakers.
Also have planned a bit of a change to the front headlights, parts en route from Japan, will update when they arrive.

Plus a trip to another sc company talking about hitting 500bhp from my uprated motor.
Busy times ahead probably the usual mixture of joy and set backs.

When I start building the next engine going to go for a closed deck block with uprated head studs to 14mm. Have at last found a uk company that know what there talking about, can do cdb and all maching for head studs for £800 which is less than I thought.
The first engine died after eating to much CAT
The second engine died of a broken piston
The third engine is in the car
The fourth engine is in the machine shop
So far: Rotrex Supercharger (16 psi) FMIC,DW300c fuel pump, ID1050 injectors
Producing 431bhp and 350 lb/ft torque on the Rotrex SC not finished yet
Raptor headers, 75mm Milltek exhaust with Quad tips,
Custom made 4032 forged pistons by JE Pistons, forged conrods, Exedy Clutch
K sport 8 pot front, 4 pot rears all on 330mm discs, Hel brake lines
Meister R coil overs, Whiteline 21mm rear ARB, Perrin end links and strengthening brackets
Complete Whiteline kit for the front suspension including steering rack
One off Carbon effect Front grill, Carbon lip spoiler, Exterior De-chromed, LED interior light conversion.
Recaro Leather front seats with all functionality.
Waist spoiler, Smoked rear lights,, LED sill plates, LED sidelights
Prodrive PFF7's 18x8, in Bronze shod with 235/40/18 Goodyears.
