Thanks guys, its not perfect but its being looked after now.

Think we may have deturmined it is in fact a turbo failure.. Boxed it up and sent it back to PSR so he can send it back to Blouch. Fingers crossed Blouch honour the waranty.

Purchased a low Ks VF52 today to replace it with until this gets sorted out.. But I'm over a thousand dollars out of pocket due to the failure. Will sell the 52 once I get a replacement 440xt to recoup costs..

Also curious about the diagnosis? What are you thinking actually happened? (Looks like a piece of your engine went through the turbo. Worst case scenario!)

There was a bit of float going on and it looks to have contacted the exhaust housing. Contact at max speed could do this. Bearings or bronze bushings may have been no good to begin with. Engine is solid.

Been a while but I've only just finished the car. It's been an absolute shitwar as I sent the turbo back to PSR so they could send it back to Blouch. Against the advice of Autocraft who suggested I get it independently inspected first.
In short Blouch did not warrant the turbo. I never spoke to Blouch, had no contact with them at all. Everything was dealt with through the place of purchase Pro Speed Racing. I was given a verbal over the phone report on what happened and when I asked for my turbo to be returned I was told it would not be returned as it was fu(ked and asked why would you even want it back? This was the start of a huge waste of time waiting on a document, or call from Blouch or a replacement to be offered. I wasted a lot of time here.
A mate asked me to go on a track day with him to which I couldn't make due to the fact my car wasn't ready and PSR had basically wiped me with no response and kept my old turbo. Missing out on the track day really pissed me off so I booked the car in to be finished at Autocraft and I had even accepted PSR's weak as piss offer to replace the turbo at cost. As expected the turbo never arrived on the due date, another wasted day.
Precision Turbos in Wetherill Park came to the rescue at super short notice. John built me an awesome turbo for my set up, a TD05-20G 8cm. I can't recommend him enough and had I have known him prior to all this, I would have gone straight to him and saved myself thousands of dollars, wasted time and the stress of it all.

I had Matt swing by last month (may 2016) and he's been fantastic throughout the entire ordeal. As has my mechanic Marshall and Aiden and Autocraft Newcastle. Matt and I did some road tuning on the 20G and it's absolutely on song! The next track day can't come quick enough as I am finally finished (for now until I go E85 flex fuel setup).
I am entering the Snowy Mountains 1000 as I missed the event last year and am hoping for a decent time and speed. I'm thinking about a Wednesday night street meet at WSID but I don't want to beat on the car too hard in first as it just breaks traction now. But we'll see. I'll try and get a couple pics up later.

Cheers.

This remains a mystery. The engine is absolutely solid. Full compression, nothing broken all new parts. I have driven it hard since the Blouch turbo failure using a VF52 and now the TD05-20G and it hasn't even looked like having an issue. Zero nock detection, looks and feels 100%. I reused the exhaust manifolds however these where clean when put back on the engine. And I drove it for a long time after breaking in the engine before the tune.

I think this will ever be solved as I was forced to drive the car on the blown turbo for 300 kilometres all the way home. This no doubt completely destroyed the turbo but had I shut the car down and towed it back to newcastle there may have been a different outcome. I've learned a few lessons over this build and made some really good contacts who've helped out a lot with this.
