My signature was getting a bit ridiculous, so I guess I'll make one of these profiles.

Pictures of my mods are scattered across the forum. So this is basically just a list of them (or things I've bought for the car) with some pics of my car.
It looks very stock, which is how I like it – stealth

Then my 'Stealth & Speed - Comfort & Practicality' project will be done.

:) Under the driver's seat. The amp I have is tiny, and less than 5cm thick (part of the reason I chose this one). I made sure it clears the electric seat in all positions.

The passenger seat obviously has the stock amp already.
I haven't checked if under the rear seat is an option (not even sure if there is any space at all), but with basically no air circulation there, I didn't like that anyway.
The spare wheel well in the wagon might be an option for some. But airflow is again a problem imo. And I have lots of things there already (towball, boot cargo net etc).

Ben, my last post was supposed to read *the AMP I have is tiny*. The 10" sub isn't massive either, but since I was talking about the Amp location, that was obviously supposed to say Amp. It's pretty powerful, but I guess all the good technology is in there to make it compact and require less cooling fins etc.

And thanks Daniel :). I think the Gen4 Wagons are one of the nicest wagons around. Especially in GTSpecB form.

I love what you're doing with the car - It's very similar to where I am going - Don't want to turn it into a racecar, it needs to be subtle, but still ball tearing fast :)

Small exterior/interior mods go a long way I think, especially on libertys, they respond very well to tweaking (because stock is often great), rather than wholesale replacing.

Thanks Matt :). I agree, the stock Liberty (especially the GT) is a great base. My most recent mod is an Sti Short Shifter, which I can highly recommend! Really transforms the car (for those with Manual cars of course). Beautiful crisp shifts that aren't too racey.

Unless people own a liberty, they'd be hard pressed to notice what I've done to the car. Unless I use my launch control and scare my passengers lol.

New addition :D. A larger than stock, direct bolt-on TMIC (by Mishimoto).
In the spirit of keeping everything stealth, I didn't want to trim my engine cover to fit an aftermarket TMIC. I thought none like that existed, but when I read about these last week I snapped at the chance to get one. It arrived today 8)

Hi trogga,
Sure, I can help :). You need an original Disc. The map update discs work fine as long as the battery isn't disconnected. But they are only maps (the original discs have software to make the menus work as well).

I'll burn you a copy of my original disc (v14). You insert that one, and wait 30sec to a minute for it to load (has a progress bar on the screen). Then insert your v19, and you're done :).

I'll send u a PM tonight with the details. I don't charge much, but just a little bit for my time is appreciated.
Cheers

Two recent mods that I hadn't uploaded pictures of. My DAMD 'D-Shaped' Steering Wheel 8)

Not a great picture, and a kinda useless mod if you argue that the stock steering wheel worked just fine  - but it's pretty cool.

Image

And upgrading the low quality stock intake hose clamps (that can easily come loose over time) with BREEZE Liner Hose Clamps. Not much to show, but this is what they look like. Very high quality and stainless steel!
I still have some left if anyone wants to buy some - they only came in boxes is 10. FOR SALE: http://forum.liberty.asn.au/viewtopic.php?f=68&t=30736
