Coming back from Canberra going past puckapunyal I hit a massive pothole  it was in the shadow of a tree so couldn't even see it coming.
So I now have a lovely dint in the lip of my front wheel :(

Nah I haven't, it's only the lip that's dinted so it doesn't really matter, just an aesthetic issue

Im sure a place can roll that out again for you. Just hassle to pull the tire on and off each time.

Yeah and I'll just have to get the paint patched up. Or I could strip them back and paint them green :P

Oh bummer mate! That really sucks!

Like Shav said, shouldn't cost much to get it rolled out - just a pain in the ass!

So my momo steering wheel is quite worn and was thinking about getting a DAMD flat bottomed wheel but got quoted $590 from g88 then I found the prova steering wheel which is alcantara but is even more expensive :( some options or suggestions would be appreciated

Factory replacement is a jillion dollars, wreckers might be cheaper, but it's still going to be worn - DAMD is the best choice I can see

But it'll be over $600 delivered :(

I can buy custom plates for less than that

How about getting the original re-covered? Or re-trimmed in alcantara. Gotta be less than $600.... surely.

Retrimming is a good option but there is the issue of no car for however long that takes. I think I'm just going to suck it up and buy the damd at this stage, I'm sure I'll love it :D

Sorry to hijack, btu where in ACT/NSW would do alcantara?
I'd love that for my centre console lid. and maybe even steering wheel.
