Finally got the RSB installed this weekend.
Made some drive on ramps to in underneath the car with the wheels on the ground

Will take some on the weekend. Had to go out pretty much as I finished the job. I had a bit of a push around with new sway bar in and I don't think there is any chance of the bar moving so far to one side that it will hit a wheel. On the other hand I think I will invest in some reinforced mounting brackets. The stock ones may as be made from rubber. Very flimsy. Looks like someone replaced the sway bar links , so that's one less thing to do. The car is away for the next few days getting the front bar, bonnet and roof repainted.

I haven't had too much of a chance to work it yet but initial feel is that turn in feels better. Just feels like the balance is in the right place.

So it's been a few days/weeks since the sway bar went in.
Looking under the car I think the middle sits a little lower than the stock unit. But there is still a heap of space around it, so no problems with knocking or anything like that.
What I have noticed with the handling is not as dramatic as I thought it would be. There is a noticeable reduction in understeer when pushing it hard around a roundabout. I was expecting a bit less body roll still. I guess the SpecB suspension already does a pretty good job of keeping the body roll in check.

Yes, they appear to be lower under the spare wheel housing, however that may be due to the brighter colour.
They look to have more than sufficient clearance to clear the body during full suspension travel.
Do you have any shots of the mounting bracket reinforcement?

BTW, I like the car ramps!

+1 with the mounting bracket for the RSB. What did you end up using Nikolai? I know the mounts can have a significant effect on how well the RSB works.

Stock mounting brackets at this point. They look as if they would be easy to upgrade.

Niiiice. Matt knows his stuff.

Yeah I would upgrade the RSB mounts when you can. I went with Cusco ones. A hell of a lot more solid so the transfer of weight wasnt lost in the mounts, it actually solidified the rear better and transfered the weight more evenly. Less body roll too.

It looks like the sway bar mounts have been replaced before so they are a bit more solid than stock. I still want to upgrade the Mount braces. Those are like butter http://www.avoturbo.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=147

Do you understand the torque graph values? Surely it'd be more like half that value? Same with my one, see it all the time on graphs but never know why it reads so high..

Please remember that these figures will be at the wheels, not at the flywheel.

So the rotational speed of the wheels (RPM) will be reduced by the gearbox ratio and the final drive ratio.
The Torque at the wheels will be increased by the inverse of the gearbox ratio and the final drive ratio.

So as Wheel Poser is the multiple of Wheel tourque times wheel rotational velocity, At-Wheel KW will look "normal"
However as the rotational speed of the wheels will be lower than flywheel speed, due to the torque multiplication effect the wheel torque will look "high"

Hope that this helps.
