Ouch! Just grab the Rom from Romraider....I bet it's similar to the JDM Sti and the AUDM Wrx's. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to help a mate with a 2012 Rex, improve the DBW. Their stock table is much better than our libs

Actually I noticed this week Eric's DBW changed, when he sent a tune to another forum member for his 07 auto lib. You wouldn't have anything to do with this Daz? If you do, you and Eric still need to improve that Throttle plate table. It helps!

Btw the massive PW TMIC works like a charm with our undersized scoop :P

The DBW works well enough for me, especially with SI Drive. If I was limited to just one DBW map, then I'd do it a little differently like a WRX kind of map.

Haha, wasn't referring Sean's scoop, was (jokingly) referring to the stock shroud feeding air to less than 50% of the TMIC.

Update on car: next week will see my STi Rims refinished in Onxy Black 36Y, new 235/40/18 tyres, Bilstein shocks replaced, Brembo pads reaplaced with Project Mus, and Leo's magic on my headlights... Thank you Long weekend! :D

An interesting thing I found out about the Liberty last week when picking up new tyres... the STi rims were in fact originally shadow chrome. Here's a pic of the car with the spare and new 235/40/18 tyres before I drove it into the garage. The tyres bulge out and provide the much needed rim protection.

Well I got to spend a couple of hours this weekend doing some minor stuff to the Lib. My wheels won't be ready til Monday, so it's still not back on the road yet.

First up! Blacked out Headlights with a CCFL Halo done by Leo... he did an awesome job!
Completely changes the look of the Lib... it's now filled with anger!

Next, was installing a Prova Air guide I got off Marco (Blackbox on ozfoz). We both reckon easy an extra 50KW! Since the Liberty Air duct sits above the grille and right behind the bonnet, I figured this will somewhat help feed cooler air to the stock air duct... nevertheless, it looks cool! lol

Next, Installed Battery and Alternator covers I got off alessandro, thanks mate! A much cleaner engine bay look.

Image

Next, I cleaned my Brembos up to see if I needed to get some touch up paint... they are pretty immaculate, so no touch up needed :D

Finally, I Looked at my STi front lip and attempted to remove a bit of the original badge film that the first owner should have done 7 years ago!!! I did a bit before being summoned to father duties

Image

I also installed some of Leo's interior LED's to brighten up the interior, but no pics of that. There's still a few more things to be done to the exterior and hopefully they get done before July... after that, I'll have my hands full with the new bub etc...

Thanks for looking! :drinks:
