Keep an eye on the JDM Spec B grille thread then, as prices from Subaru are periodically updated.
I was going to procrastinate, but I put it off...

Hey man,
Nice looking GT...or 3.0...so confused :? I like it! :D

Can I suggest not bothering with T3 5000 rotors unless you go for something like APs or brembo gran turismos (6 port fronts) calipers and track the car regularly? I had them on my Foz with brembos and honestly, if I hadn't got such a great deal on them, even the retailer said they're not worth it on a street car... the few hundred you save can go towards your good pads; great choice in the P-Mu there, I had B-Specs on my Foz and wow! Stopped rather well ;)

hey thanks sean :) is only a 3.0R

Yep the 5000's are a fair bit more expensive but i've used both 4000 and 5000 on previous cars and the 5000 keep a lot cooler on track days cause of the aluminium, i do track regularly when i have a car set up... I love P-Mu HC+ are amazing on the track! literally no fade also they don't squeal on out cars (only evo's apparently) B-spec are awesome for the occasional event but the amount of days do i need the 800*c rating.

Nice going SIMBAT.

I take it you just prefer the look of the GT bonnet - or are you thinking to use that scoop for something?

OK! big update

First of all i finally got my Kido tune done by Matt on the weekend and all i can say is WOW! I seriously didn't think my car had this much power locked in it.
Since i fell in love with my car again now with this tune, i started thinking about doing what i wanted to do with my intake, i happened to have today off so i ran around town looking for components for my intake set up and asking exhaust shops if they can mandrel bend me an intake pipe... which they all didn't want to do. So i ended up acquiring this list of parts.

1 x 45* degree aluminium intercooler pipe from autobarn
1 x 90* degree silicone intercooler pipe from super cheap auto (didn't have black :( )
1 x 50cm of black rubber air hose
1 x brass air hose fitting 90* degree threaded to male (i also had to buy a thread tapping drill bit to tap a hole on the aluminium pipe)
1 x roll of teflon tape
3 x small hose clamps
3 x big hose clamps
and cable ties

Firstly i ripped out the (milk bottle) white plastic sound reducing section under the air filter box and cut a hole in the plastic under carriage cover in an attempt to vent some fresh air to under the air box... i also stuck a piece off a broken commercial vacuum in that hole to direct air upwards pictured below

Next i cut and sealed of that little compartment under the oem flexible pipe because it was shitting me just existing. I sealed the hole with 2 circle pieces of plastic from that milk bottle and special glue for plastics, then just to be safe i wrapped it all with a lot of tape. sorry no pick of that because i taped it too good ;)

Then i went about extending the breather hose form the engine which plugs into the plennum. it had to reach to the aluminium pipe which connects after the flexible oem pipe. Next i tapped a hole in that aluminium pipe for the brass fitting that will connect to the breather hose. I made sure i tapped the hole tight, then i also added a fair amount of teflon tape on the thread to ensure no leaks.

Final and easiest step was connecting the silicon 90* degree bend tube from the throttle body to the aluminium pipe fixing everything with the hose clamps... here is the finished result...

Well fellas its been a fair while since an update from me...

Just a little thing i've been wanting to do is put a power steering cooler behind the grill primarily to make it look cooler and fill the void since it looked a bit plain... to me at least.

So since i had a service today and got my mate at the work shop to fit this cool little cylindrical fin cooler. I got it of eBay from japan :D.

Heres the result...
