My blitz def makes more noise than my old apexi pod setup.

Yeah, I'll put some rubber around the housing to get a better seal. Hopefully that helps reduce the noise, what's your box look like? The higher end cover that comes with the blitz kits seems to be nice.

Nah been too busy to do any of the checks before i chat to Michael.

On the todo list:
- PCV Valve replacement
- MAF sensor clean (stripped a screw on the sensor so that isn't as easy now)
- Check the throttle body hose connection

Getting use to the noise, just want more of a solid air duct cover now like this one by Blitz

I think in the next 1-2 weeks i'll be discussing a front mount with michael :P

Front mount in along with a catch can hooked into the AOS. Switched up the BOV with a Greddy FV. Hopefully sometime soon I'll be able to get a retune by Scott and the weird throttle lag issue solved.

My SI dial cover should be arriving soon, another piece of porn to be added and the Blitz CAI sound really shits me it hasn't grown on me at all so I think I'll be replacing it I feel as though it's also causing the throttle lag issue.

More powerrrrr!

Cheers, yeah they're on the way I think i worked out Japan Parts to be cheapest overall due to shipping being less than AVO JDM which has some damn expensive shipping but cheaper parts. I've been hanging out for a coupon code to drop but none have :(

Cars going back this week to get a re-tune, dare i say i'm very close to reaching the end of my mods list!

Well ..... bad news for me - a nice knock has developed under boost looks like i'll be getting a new engine. It's plagued my thoughts since my head gasket experience that this might have occurred, the massive oil consumption just put me in denial. sad sad times

:(

Not sure if it was using oil before the head gasket issue, I hadn't owned it for long when the I came across the head gasket issue and I wasn't very tentative on monitoring every little aspect of the car (as i am now). The headgasket fix was probably 1.5 years ago now...
