Hey all,

I've been around here for a bit now and I've learnt a hell of a lot, I feel I've stepped it up a level from car-illiterate. I've been meaning to get my profile up for awhile but was hoping to have more mods done, unfortunately my head gasket issue was a costly one and delayed me. At least for now!

I'll post up some original pictures another time so you can see the exterior transformation.

Love the Corazon grille!

With your new clutch - is that just the standard OEM Exedy replacement or is it an upgraded heavier one?

Again probably not really an upgrade just an OEM replacement.

Audio has arrived, just waiting on the Fascia Panel Kit. Plan to upgrade the sub next year when I've more funds, xmas, this gear and re-registering the car hit me hard :(
After going through my headgasket issues I was tempted to leave the desire to chase more power, but that soon changed. Time to start reading and planning, will post soon

Very tidy car. Looks the shiz. :good:
T'were it me though, I'd raise the front licence plate.
I got this plan. It's called 'Save Ass'. And the way it works is this - I slip outta one of these windows and I run like a bastard!

So I'm slowly getting some parts, last week I ordered some nice K2 gear. What's on it's way:
- Phat GT Dump Pipe
- K2 Full dual center pipe
- K2 Titanium Spec-Neo
- Grimspeed Turbo Heat Shield
- Sti Gauge Performance Pack
- GFB Respons Blow Off Valve
- Tune by Insight Motorsports
- Blitz Intake (Still researching, G88 recommended this to me).

I took awhile trying to hunt for a good sound while keeping the aesthetics, I'm big fan of what Arith has done: viewtopic.php?t=3111

Still deciding if I'll rice up the engine bay with some coloured hoses. Would like some suggestions on side skirts, what would look the best in your opinion? Full length / Short, black/grey?

I noticed there's an embossed STI emblem on the inside of the rims, i've got some Cherry Blossom Red (Sti) paint on the way i'm going to paint the outline so it's as seen in the center caps of my wheels. I think it'll add just a little extra :D'

Unfortunately with my head-unit it comes out a little too far on the sides, so the fascia kit doesn't go down fully. I'm slowly sanding the back of the double din fascia panel down on the back so it fits. Once this is done i'll get some shots of the new head unit up.

AND - Hoping Nigel will do me a massive favour and make me some licence plate lifting brackets
