Received more brembo parts :)

Got seal kits for the front and rear as well as pins for the front as the original ones are bent. Also got some bolts.

Installed my rear sway bar. Geez, these are a MASSIVE handling improvement. It's actually given my car a perfect balance of understeer and oversteer. Definitely feel like my grip is maximised, even on these shitty 'eco' tyres from the previous owner.

Also chucked in a Cusco HD mounts. I know the AVO is better but I had heaps of flex in the metal itself so this gets rid of that, even if it might break the welds.

I was going to do a walkthrough on this but people said it was too easy... If anyone has anyone has any questions I've got some pics

Bought a headunit and amp from a forum member. Got it for a good price so I'm happy.
Busted it open to see what I got. He included a homemade aerpro to pioneer harness but the soldering was pretty terrible so I re-did it all so it was legit! OCD kicking in again.

Got the stereo in straight away! Was so sick of plain CD's and radio. Haven't hooked up the reverse cam or mic yet.

Planning to matte black wrap all the stock silver parts.

Got a cusco front strut brace with brake stopper for some bling (a fool and his money, right? haha)
I came across an issue where the resonator box for a 2.5i intake interferes with the brake stopper. Seeing as this was a post-filter resonator I wanted to leave it sealed. After freaking out for a bit that it wouldn't fit I got my trusty heat gun out. Heated up the pipe where the resonator joined and moved it out of the way. Awesome fix!

Bought a tapturn during the group buy. I gotta say this little unit is really cool! I love the engineering that's gone into it.

Got some more brembo bit!
DBA 4000 series slotted rotors.
pt # DBA-4654S-10

Also got some street pads to start with. Even though I bought the calipers with pads I'm just more comfortable knowing what they are. :)

So I'm getting really sick of stock speaker and have decided it's sub time. I ripped off all the interior boot panels and started to dynamat. I'm putting the sub in the left quarter (opposite to macintosh, not that I had one. just FYI)

I went to bunnings and grabbed some 18mm MDF. The area is full of complex curves but I'm quite competent with woodworking but no nothing about fiberglassing. So I'm sticking to what I know and putting an all wooden box in... slow progress at the moment though.

Gotta love that wagon practicality again. So awesome!

Changed the cabin filter. Damn the old one was gross. It's such an easy process too. I don't reckon it's been done in aaaages.

The car was filthy and my grandma needed her back verandah cleaned so I had an impulse buy and bought a pressure sprayer. Damn these make your life easy. Got the car kit with a 60degree lower pressure nozzle (to protect the paint) and an underchassis nozzle (invaluable). I even got a chance to draw some artwork ;)

might get onto Hamish about getting a foaming nozzle so I can spray some creamy foam all over my car ;)

Received my Ultrex RS's. Such nice rims for the price. At first I was worried about the offset they had but I'm grow to really really like it!

Got the rims wrapped and fitted them up. They looked retarded at first because my front camber was 0deg. I got the alignment shop to take it to -1 and they look mint! So happy with the result. Partly bought them because they'll fit over my brembos! The thought of painted brembos behind these makes me drool. :D

Wagon practicality, yet again. haha

Made some little changes to the rims. I wasn't a huge fan of the ultrex centre caps so I order some custom 48mm stickers off ebay. Much better in my opinion! Sometimes it's the small things that count (that's what she said ;)).
Last pic is of the colour that my brembos are going. Picked up a can of WR Blue :D It's such a sexy colour IMO (yes my test spray is rippled. It's on a scrap piece of wood as I was eager and couldn't find anything else around)

LED goodness, Got some LED panels for the center and boot light and some small festoon LED's for the map lights. They're so much brighter than stock. It's actually really useful. Not to mention they look better. :)

LED # plate lights as well
