Thought I would finally make a member profile.
I've had my MY07 TbSTI (#7) for a months now and have been (mostly) loving it so far. Previously I had a MY08 2.5i liberty, which was nice enough but not quite fun enough.

I plan on basically leaving it how it is for a while now, as it has enough power for my liking and favour a reliable car.

Engine:
- Redone HGs / related replacements Aug 2013.
- Turbo back X-Force 3" exhaust.
- Cobbs Tuning 3 Port Boost Control Solenoid.
- Turbosmart Kompact Plumb Back BOV.

ECU:
- Kido Tune (now with Flat foot shifting and Launch Control).
- Previously a ChipTorque tune (with EzyFlash pro) done by the previous owner (the cause of the HG).
- Permanent Tactrix standalone logging. Tactrix located under cup holders with the USB cord protruding from the center console (logs AFR from pin 8 with Bennys help).
- AEM AFR Failsafe installed (still needs the failsafe wired in) relocated under the dash with a VBG1 displaying the output.
- VBG1.

Visual:
- New STI badge on front grill (previous was sun damaged).
- Removed GT Spec B badge from the boot.
- Custom front number plate lift bracket.
- LED lighting my Joshy.

Audio:
- Installed Nexus 7 with the factory AV panel.
- Mongoose reversing camera installed.

Other:
- Boot side bags.
- Visiondrive car camera (hard-wired in for parking mode).
- Mount and permanent power for a GoPro.
- 3 way switch to control Wideband logging.

Future Plans:
- Tap turn indicator relay.
- Rear sway bar upgrade with the potential for the front as well.
- Silver prova SI drive knob.

That's all I can think of at the moment...

The day I picked her up (Not much as changed externally):

Cracked my number plate pannel today when I was removing it to put a reversing camera in. I wasn't even using much force, but must have just been at the right place / angle to cause it. I wonder if anyone has one for sale in black anywhere....

Reversing camera installed. Now to sort out how to get it to auto display on reverse gear selection and also how to stop the lag of the camera turning on.

Camera installed, hard to see in this image but it is above the number plate in the center.

Please share if you work out how to get rid of the lag! Mine's probably half a second but it's annoying, I was thinking of keeping the camera constantly powered whenever the car is running...

Excellent nexus install!
Glad to see the reverse cam working.
Does tasker switch it?

The AEM failsafe is easy enough to setup with a NC relay.
The revs sense wire is tapped into the pink wire that goes to the rear of the cluster (if required)

There's 2 strategies for setting the failsafe limits:

the first with short trigger delay/wider afr vs boost limits...

Or

longer delay/ tighter limits.

With the latter, the log needs to be read disregarding transient boost conditions, and I recently realized I could do just that using the paid version of megalogviewer in its 3d scatter logs with filtering...

Anyhow let me know if you need assistance with any of the final AEM stuff ;)

I don't have the camera switching to attention automatically yet, I think the joycon might be the way to go as the camera has a 12v output at the headunit which I could use to sense the reverse action.

Still need to look into the AEM failsafe, still havn't had time and its ended up being low priority  Thanks for the offer of help Benny!

I'll probably end up keeping mine running while the car is on... the manual for the camera says this is fine, but needs to be turned on / off every few hours so it doesn't over heat. I was thinking about just hooking it up to the rear lights.

Arrival / Departure Lighting (Looks like as standard it stays lit for about 50 seconds):

More things to play around with it another night

I believe it requires new hardware. Looks like you've already posted in the tap turn thread :D

I ended up grabbing a Febon 100 (AV input converter) http://febon.blogspot.com/2012/02/1.html

Kinda expensive option compared to others, but worked a treat with no messing around :P
