Still so smooth and refine like a normal h6 but you're stuck back in the seat as the world rushes past

Top build and amazing car.

Don't feel compelled to run eflex/e85 because all of the forums cool kids are running it. I mean really, who wants to be as cool and command as much respect on the streets as Dr20t, Coyote, Rome_STI, Gambit and that Kiahatsiu reprobate. I hear he is not even Asian!
Kinda flush. Fitment is something. ADM as F*ck.

Re: Member Profile - ez30 Twin Turbo

Postby ez30rb » Tue Sep 10, 2013 7:04 am

So had an awesome "short" time at Wakefield on Monday :) :(

First un-timed session noticed that the car was blowing a little smoke outta the exhaust when pushed the car constantly at high rpms. We realized after the 1st timed session, that it only comes on and high rpm when the engine oil pressure is high. We think the turbo's are getting too much oil, so will be replacing the restrictors to reduce the amount getting through them and see how it goes next time.

Other than that, the turbo setup and engine was smooth and running very strong. A complete pleasure to drive!

However, on my 2nd timed session I heard an unusual sound n the drivetrain as I short shifted from 3rd to 4th after the fish hook, and when coming onto the straight it wouldn't hold the power down and then eventually decide itself to stop.

The engine starts fine but definitely something drivetrain related. Nghi from G88 managed to drive the car and shift through the gears, but when moving something sounds 'damaged' and he thinks it could be driveshaft or diff related. Only time will tell ...

My apologies for those in my session that had to wait for the car to be towed back down.

Despite what happened, I'm pleased with how it ran and the massive potential it has!

Thanks to everyone who helped out during the day.

What a beast this thing is

Juzzy I'm glad it isn't something major. Sounds to me like an axle or worst case centre diff

Good luck man
