It's a shame to see such an amazing world class build wasted on a sedan.

Just kidding. Enjoy your new supercar.

Well done Garage88!

Yes, it's definitely been worth the wait. I'm extremely happy with the build and with the front bar on, engine cover and future battery, abs covers it will look like it just a CAI under the hood.

She should be ready for dyno within .. fingers crossed ..48 hours. Currently looking at 8-10psi, aiming for around 280Kw atw on 98. + or - it's definately a substantial increase and like others have comments - its different. The car is capable of running E85 but honestly with the limited availability I'm still not sold on it just yet(although PHAT keeps pushing me for E85) but never know...

Thanks for the kinds words fellas. Will be sure to provide more updates as time goes by..

When do you get this back? Would love to see how it performs and what kind of numbers it makes! When i picked up the GT i heard him start it and i was amazed at how stock it sounded! Nice build bro! :good:

Stick to 98 for now Justin, see how you go with it. That way once the power starts to wear off on you, you can give it an injection by switching to E85

Limiting factor with this I believe would be the cylinder pressures

The unopened motor may hit its theoretical peak cylinder pressure on 98 even, so changing to e85 might not do a great deal power wise

E85 is good for lifting the charge density of the air fuel mixture, so this means more timing or boost can be added at any given point to make more power. If you're cylinder pressures are already maxed out, then no amount of changing fuel etc will improve this.

In Justin's case, e85 might only allow a little more timing which will still be good but maybe not as great a jump as say a factory turbocharged motor switching to e85

However - what e85 may do in Justin's case is shift the peak torque point down the rev range, and thus make it more of a torque monster earlier, due to the ability to theoretically increase timing in the lower rev range on e85.

The other important thing to remember here is the additional torque this thing will pull. Whilst it may make say 300kw atw, it will pull alot harder than a 2.0litre or 2.5 making 300atw because of how it makes the power

Either way you cut it, this will be one special machine :D

The car drove flawlessly (under boost) to Insight last week, but with Scott being flat out with bookings and also being in Japan atm supporting the Tilton evo... I'll have to wait for his return.

Not long to go ..I'm guessing mid April...I will provide more updates as they come
