Yes it is.

I know Michael @ Garage 88 had some trouble finding one that would fit exactly in the stock location. Then he found something sitting in his workshop that was perfect. Apparently it's a BOV upgrade for an EVO X made by Garage KM1. I bet it's hard to find one.

So here's some in car videos from my recent outing to WSID (first time there). Sorry for the shit picture quality - my GoPro doesn't like night time.

My 1st run was the best.
My other 2 runs not quite as good.
Noticing now looking at the video, car seemed to bog down a little bit on launch compared to the first run. Using LC so foot was just flat on the pedal, not much control over it other than how quickly I released the clutch I guess.

Yeah I was thinking I may have gone too early Mick!

Matt told me an e-mail to bounce it on the LC rev limiter for about 3 or 4 times (I did only 2-3 I think).

Maybe should do even more than that though, your thoughts?

Need to go again obviously and give it another shot. And just ignore green light and RT.

The good thing about posting these sorts of videos is I'm more than happy for people to tell me what I'm doing wrong or could do better, so that I can improve next time!

3-5 times should do it - don't overdo it as it burns valves out

Build some boost, launch a little harder and drop 60ft to 1.8 and run a low 13

So went to WSID again last night, couldn't quite get a 1.8 60ft or low 13, but improved anyway... felt better and now have the LC down pat - letting it bounce on the limiter a few more times and build more boost.

Really consistent runs with my new best time now 13.486

Was racing my friend in his Porsche Boxster S 986 6MT (E85) each run - best he did was 14.714 hehe

To continue the drag racing theme I seem to have going with my last few posts here....

I took the bike out to the drags this week.

Ran a 10.792 @ 136.5mph (220km/h)

Not too bad for the first time out on the bike. Definitely low 10's in it with more practice getting off the line quickly!
