Did you install the steering wheel yourself? I receive my new used MY10 GT next week and I'd love to put that wheel on it. Curious about process/costs??
Great car by the way, love what you've done with it.

What do you use to get the track position, rpm and speed overlays on the video? They're great!

Here's what you need to make your own awesome videos like that. With RaceChrono you can export your recorded telemetry to CSV, which can be read by RaceRender and then overlaid on the video footage. RaceRender is very good software with lots of options. It can be a bit tricky to synchronise your telemetry with the video footage, but RaceRender has inbuilt tools to do that which work well.
- GoPro camera(s) or equivalent
- Android mobile phone or tablet
- Bluetooth OBD adaptor (I use an OBDLink MX Bluetooth adaptor)
- RaceChrono for Android (with OBD device reader enabled - has trial period after which in app purchase required)
- RaceRender 3 software (I paid - it's cheap / great value in my opinion)
I recommend using your OBD (ECU) speed rather than the GPS speed, as the GPS speed lags a bit as seen in the video above.
I'm thinking of buying another GoPro camera for the Wakefield track day this year, so I can get some split-screen or picture-in-picture video footage with telemetry overlaid (or if someone can loan me a GoPro that would be sweet )

Love the video work with the data overlays too
