How happy are you with the 'darkest legal' tint? Is it dark enough?

It's been a day since the tint! It's lightened up a bit so doesn't 100% match the privacy glass (more like 80% now) which I'm slightly disappointed in.... Guess the "could be darker" is really true!

added: could've been the overcast day it was done on that caused it to be darker than I thought! Now the suns out I can compare it a lot better.

Yeah the general consensus on here is that legal will never match the privacy glass.
You have to go somewhere around 20% I believe, which is too dark for me, even though I want it to match so much.

why not just completely debadge?

Don't really want to go for the complete re-badge. I like the sleeper style, you can generally spot debadgement easily when people remove them all! I prefer just to have unnecessary information removed, plus, Liberty represent?

I find that about 20% tint is the right amount, But i love the look of 15%. Nice looking car mate for a gen V the look is slowly growing on me.

Opti-Coat is done. Makes the car SOOOOOOOOO much easier to clean.

Added an exhaust to future mods.... Going to try and order it in the next 2 weeks then do the install myself (haven't worked on a car... Except for those times helping the old man out years ago.) Should be interesting!!

Possibly going to get a TMIC and Intake too.... You guys are the worst influence.
