Hi Guys

Thought i'd finally commit and make a profile. I was solely a Nissan enthusiast for the first few years of driving. I then had an appreciation for all cars with my focus as Japanese imports.

I loved my skyline to bits and was nowhere near finished with it when i had a change of mind. I wanted something more luxurious and classy. I decided to buy a liberty. I was looking for a GT for a long time but ended up going for a black 3.0r. That lasted me a week before some tosser pulled out infront of me and the car was written off.

Take 2, i decided i loved the 3.0r and bought a Spec B for a little more with alot less k's. Below explains my plans;

Name: Johnathon
Car: 2006Liberty 3.0r Spec B
Colour: Pearl White
Mileage: 85,000kms
History: N/A Nissan Silvia, N/A R31 Skyline, 315hp atw R34 Skyline sedan
Purchase date: October 12

Purchased completely stock

My first thought was to clean the look up a bit but i will be 'short of cash' until next year so i am planning on doing cheap cosmetic alterations before spending ALOT more in the next couple of years.

So far here is the plan

Completed:
6000k HID heaadlights
12 SMD Park Lights
SMD LED interior bulbs in main interior light
SMD LED's installed into vanity mirror bulb housing (that was a bitch)
Quad tips welded on to factory mufflers
Kicker Sub and Sony monoblock amp installed in boot
Bosh Aerotwin wipers installed (always first mod on any car)
De badged rear 'LIBERTY'
Front badge color coded ( white- chrome stars)
rear subaru badge colour coded white
taken spoiler off
post face Spec b wheels
White led boot light strip
Custom CAI
Ultrex Lip

Please dont hate on me but i also made a 'Hogzaust' for the time being as it is not loud or droney but has A note instead of nothig (remember i will be doing most mods next year)

Future plans in close order of intention;
Tint
DAMD side and rear extentions
BC Coilovers
finish SMD interior lights
ABS & Battery cover
Clear door lenses
DBA 4000 series rotors
Whiteline swaybars F&R
X-Force center & y pipe
Dynomax Vt Mufflers (keep twin tips)
Outback bonnet
Raptor Supercharger Kit (Intercooled)

Its a big list and many other things would have been left out, but you get the jist.

i realise some of these pics are old and some are new...

Its where you use washers to make an exhaust leak at the muffler flanges that creates the effect of an exhaust note ( creating an exhaust leak before the mufflers = louder)

as most of the flow still goes through the mufflers its not rediculously loud but has a nice growl to it. Im happy with it for now.

And cheers

You'll need a new bootlid or holes welded and repainted.....

Yeah looking at another boot. Not going to rush, but just wait till a reasonably priced one pops up. Has by one had theirs welded? Is the metal thick enough?

Ive had 2 wagon tailgates badge holes welded. Any decent panel beater will be able to do it.
