I thought you helped install them on your friends car the other week. Didn't you hear them?

Newbie: nowhere near as rumble as the Ultrex quads - they probably growl upto 4000 and after that its more engine noise?

V little drone (there still is), so I suspect it's the Center pipe.

Will get some clips next week if ya like.

Update: Pierburg 3 port installed together with Turbosmart Kompact BOV - Thank you Matt for installing them and for the re-tune too!!

Initial thoughts on tune - not very used to it...probably because the car holds boost now...previously it was probably leaking most of it away! But once you plant the foot past a certain point..it's fun. Still getting used to it.

In S mode - car seems to need a bit of coaxing but past a certain point ...off you go.

In S# - The car just goes

Admittedly yesterday I was very unsure and unused to how the car was reacting etc - Though Ricco had a drive and reckons it was okay.

After more driving today (about 100+kms)....getting the hang of it, and LOVING IT :D

Need to figure out how to keep my license..though I think Ricco has a harder time considering the speed at which he was driving :P But it was epic chasing after jusssig's white GTB sedan (included doing a u-turn in the middle of the highway and going as fast as we can..found him and beeped to get his attention..but we couldn't turn to where he was turning by the time we did another u-turn...we missed him and we never saw him again...would've been an impromptu mini-meet LOL).

Wheels and spoilers next!!

an update I did forget...

The boys at Westside Car Audio tried installing the Grom Audio unit - didn't work. In Grom's defence though..our 28241 head units weren't listed so...back to the drawing board. Could only get to USB mode not the ipod mode thingymajie.

On another note - some bloke was selling his Jag and decided to part out with $11k of gear...and flogging them off. Picked up a set of coaxials for the rear think it was Focal 165KRC for like under half the RRP - bearing in mind that guy only had it for less than a year. love the clarity...but after the tune...i seem to wana hear the engine note more..so I have not turned the music on since the weekend :D

Ah yes I remember looking at focal when I was upgrading the stereo in my old car, they were awesome but I couldn't justify the $600 price tag per pair of speakers.
